Funding Requests

NWACUHO provides funding for various programs on a regional, national, and international level including drive-in conferences, professional development activities, and other initiatives that support the mission and values of the Association.

Funding Process

Please send all funding requests to the NWACUHO Treasurer: treasurer@nwacuho.org.  NWACUHO receives many requests for funding each year and has limited funds available. To assist the Board of Directors in determining which requests to fulfill, please complete the Request Details section of this form as thoroughly as possible. If needed, attach an additional page with your answers. Questions regarding your request can be directed to the NWACUHO Treasurer.

Receipt of funding requests will be acknowledged within 10 days of submission.  Requests are considered at Board of Directors meetings, which typically occur on a monthly basis.

Funding Opportunities

Funding is available for a variety of member-generated initiatives, programs, and activities that align with the mission of NWACUHO.  Examples of potential funding opportunities include:
