The Association represents over 85 institutions and 300 housing professionals from Alaska, Hawaii Oregon, Washington, Alberta, and British Columbia. 35 institutions and 125 housing professionals are expected to attend the conference.
Vendors and Exhibitors are essential partners in the housing and residential life programs on the college and university campus. Through our exhibits, we are able to stay current in the latest technologies, implement new programs, ensure comfort within our facilities, and stay connected to industry. We welcome our current partners to continue their investment in our region, and welcome new exhibitors to share their products and ideas, and become partners in creating meaningful and high quality environments on our campuses.

Become an Exhibitor:
- Registration of a single booth $625
- Check back in October for Conference registration
Exhibitor booth package includes:
- One Exhibitor Booth
- 10’x8’ booth
- Folding chair
- 7”x44” booth ID sign
- One Meal Package Including:
- Sunday opening reception
- Monday/Tuesday breakfast
- Monday lunch
- Monday/Tuesday breaks
- One exhibitor badge
Your registration includes a 10′ wide by 8′ deep booth with 8′ high drapery backwall, 3′ high drapery sidewalls, a folding chair, 6′ rectangular skirted table (if requested), an 8″ x 44″ booth ID sign.
