In 2011, the NWACUHO Board of Directors commissioned a group of leaders to guide the development of an Association Master Plan. The plan, released in 2012, serves as blueprint for the future, identifying and addressing continued challenges and providing the Board with the opportunity to develop implementation steps on an annual basis that in totality moves the organization forward in congruence with the vision, mission, and core values.

The Master Plan website has details on each of the priorities of the plan, the objectives currently being worked on, opportunities to be involved with the master planning process, and a copy of the full Master Plan.
