This live out position is responsible for the organization, management, coordination, and supervision of front desk support services for the 12 residence areas managed by UBC Student Housing and Hospitality Services (SHHS). Reporting to the Associate Director Residence Life – Service Development and Operations, this position manages an administrative staff team that is responsive to student and organizational needs and committed to service excellence and a culture of care that supports student learning and success. We are seeking candidates with at least two year of professional experience, demonstrated ability to lead and inspire staff, a good understanding of student development and campus life, and robust administrative skills. This is a full time position – we are currently offering a one year contract with opportunity for renewal.
