University of the Ozarks is searching for a Student Engagement Coordinator, a student affairs generalist responsible for assisting residential life and supporting the global initiatives of the university. (http://ozarks.edu/wp-content/uploads/2018/03/Student-Engagement-Coordinator.pdf)

Reporting to the Dean of Students/Director of Residential Life, the Student Engagement Coordinator (SEC) is a student affairs generalist responsible for coordinating all building and community aspects for one of the university’s residential communities, including formulating a community development plan that focuses on individual student engagement and support. Responsibilities include the creation of safe, inclusive environments for residential students and support for students to be successful both inside and outside the classroom. The Student Engagement Coordinator will hire, train, supervise, and evaluate paraprofessional staff members to assist in these efforts. Additionally, the Student Engagement Coordinator will lead programs to support the global initiatives of the university including, but not limited to, study abroad, International Student Orientation, Global Week, Friendship Families for international students, and other related initiatives. The Student Engagement Coordinator is a live-in, 12-month position.
