CHNW is looking for an inspirational housing leader who will fully embrace our mission, values and embody our collaborative work environment while assuring our buildings are well run, that we are charging the lowest possible rents and providing the quality of service that our primarily college student tenants need to support their academic success.

CHNW seeks a Director of Property Operations who can develop and successfully manage a long term plan for the maintenance and upkeep of our properties while providing the support, training, and oversight that assures our site staff are engaged and committed to keeping our sites in great running order for our student population.

This role is a great opportunity for an experienced multi-family housing professional, with strong people skills matched with their strong property management competence and experience, to contribute their expertise to a non-profit organization committed to a great housing community environment and unsubsidized low rents.

The ideal candidate will have 10 years’ experience, be highly competent in multi-family housing operations, combine a strong, high-level, strategic mindset with a roll-up-the-sleeves and help attitude. You are recognized as an inspirational leader of people who is fully cognizant that our properties, first and foremost, serve our tenants.
