Assistant Director of Residence Life at Seattle Pacific University

The Assistant Director of Residence Life, as a collaborative member of the larger Community Life and Student Life staff, is responsible for assisting in the overall leadership of the Residence Life program for residential students at Seattle Pacific University. The Assistant Director supports and assists the Director in supervision and leadership of the Residence Life staff and is responsible for implementation and oversight in the areas of general operations, personnel management and training, assessment and program delivery and student conduct and crisis response. The Assistant Director provides supervision to front-line response staff (24-hour crisis response), coordinates on-call rotation for back-up/secondary response team and assumes responsibility for the department in the absence of the Director.

Salary:  DOE and in addition to annual salary, a housing and meal plan is provided.
