Annual Conference – February 12-14, 2018

Welcome to the official page for the 2018 Annual Conference!  The Board of Directors and local host committee are excited to welcome you to beautiful Victoria, BC! Conference registration will open this October, but you can make sure your individual, institution, or corporate membership is up to date for 2018 by visiting the membership registration page. 

Conference and Program Schedule

The​ 2018 Conference Schedule ​is in progress, but available for viewing now. ​A detailed​ ​schedule​ ​will​ ​be​ ​found​ ​in​ ​the​ ​Guidebook​ ​app,​ ​​available​ ​in January 2018.​ ​Times​ ​are​ ​subject​ ​to​ ​change​ ​as​ ​the​ ​conference​ ​schedule​ ​becomes​ ​finalized.

DoubleTree by Hilton 

NWACUHO has arranged for a competitive rate of $140 CAD/night at the beautiful DoubleTree by Hilton. To book your room in the NWACUHO room block, please click here. Thank you in advance for booking through this link. Our room block, and filling it, is an important part of our contract with the host site and helps us keep costs low for our members. Through this block, you are also welcome to arrive as early as February 10, 2018 or stay as late as February 16, 2018.

Conference Site 

Our conference is conveniently located across the street from the hotel at the Victoria Conference Centre! An easy walk across the street, the conference centre is located on First Nations land and prides itself on bringing people together from all over the world to meet.
