Oregon State University Department of University Housing & Dining Services (UHDS) is seeking applicants to fill one UHDS Professional Faculty position; Operations Manager, Housing Services & Residential Conferences.

The Operations Manager is a full time 1.00 FTE, professional position responsible for overseeing all aspects of the residential conferences program, the OSU Homestay Program, and hospitality services for University Housing & Dining Services. This position additionally contributes to the overall success of the UHDS Operations & Facilities Unit and University Housing & Dining Services in the housing operations area supporting special projects and initiatives such as opening, closing, and the INTO OSU partnership, a collaborative venture serving international students. This position is a leadership role, requiring vision, a proactive attitude, ability to work autonomously, and to respond to crisis situations.

Annual salary is $42,000 -$48,000 (based on 12-month appointment) and includes a comprehensive benefits package.
Minimum qualifications include three years of progressive work experience in an area related to the work assigned and a Bachelor’s degree in any field; or, eight years of progressive work experience in an area related to the work assigned. Demonstrated leadership ability and staff supervision experience.
