Residence Director, Saint Martin’s University

The Residence Director is responsible for creating a supportive residential living environment that promotes the values and practice of Catholic, Benedictine living. As an engaged member of the community, the RD serves as a supervisor, mentor, resource person, and role-model. The RD is responsible for the day-to-day operations of one to three residence halls, supervising 5 to 10 Resident Assistants. This position also is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the summer conference housing program and supervision of Conference Assistants. Residence Director is a 12-month position and the RD must live in a residence hall apartment.
